Never add a way to heal other drones

No healing beams or bubbles, ever. Without them, you can sometimes win even at a numerical disadvantage via better aim, evasion, and tactics. Once the enemy has a brainless spam healer hiding in a corner, everyone on their team effectively has more health, and it's pretty much impossible to beat. Combat becomes less skillful and more mathematical. Please don't doom your game to mediocrity like so many other "fast-paced, skill-based" games by adding healers. They turn good shooter gameplay into mediocre MMO gameplay.

I think ont necessarily, it depends on the role that healing can take. If it has a recovering role (for example, can't heal someone for 1-2s after taking damage and when hit all healing stops) instead of support for a tank, healing would be a way to bounce back into the fight faster, so it's not obligatory to survive/win.

I am most excited about support/healing. It's not a brainless thing at all. This is the first time I see someone disliking healing in general and its very confusing. You don't need to make healing mechanics easy. Phazarion (Drone Legend) has made some healing weapon concepts and submitted them to FSI. If you want to know more about it you can probably ask him about healing in Drone, as he has spoken with the devs about it a few times as far as I am aware.

I am all for skill based healer items!

i think it just need to be balanced don't see a reason to not have any healing ever from a support

This could be nice if any developer would just make this and stop, but in my experience, healer players would complain because they have to do something other than heal to be useful during combat, devs would decide healing "doesn't feel impactful enough", and the restriction would be removed. Since we have a healing fanboy in the Legend tier though, I guess I just have to hope the devs here can implement it more sensibly.
