Add 1v1 and no bots support

Title says it all. I know the playerbase is low but if people were able to just play among themselves it would be very conducive to building up a small dedicated playerbase. Right now I simply want to play vs my brother, both of us bought the game, and we are unable to do so without having a bunch of bots flying around, detracting from the experience.
